I am somewhat taken aback by thisarticle inasmuch as I have never understood the deep roots of the ChristianJudaic prophetic strain in Islam itself. That the instructions received by Mohammed and reported in the Koranwere also willfully altered in the name of political expedience is wellunderstood by a careful study of the text. Thus we are left with the picture of a true prophet arising unpreparedto his task and receiving true instruction that he too weak to handle.
The word traditionally used isprophet, but a correct phrase would be a Spiritual Adept able to successfullychannel GOD, GOD been mankind’s servant created with the first emergence ofmankind.
This also shows us how the peopleof Islam can shed the barbaric strain promoted by fanatical lovers of death intheir midst.
I have been tracking the prophetic strain all my live and I have observed a number of impossibilities become true in the flow of our history.  Most noteworthy is the reality today that the geographical assertion of Israel as prophesied is upon us and needs the smallest of nudges.   This was implausible only a couple of years ago and unimaginable a couple of decades ago.

 Jerusalem is the capital of the Children of Israel, now calledthe Jews; and it is forbidden for Muslims to demand it, just as a married womanbelongs only to her husband. Is it possible that Allah, who on His infinitemercy, calls them the Chosen People, and promises them the Holy Land, alsoplans to murder them, using the Muslims in Palestine as His intermediary? If you listen in Arabic to the hate-speeches made by Egyptian PresidentMohamed Morsi; or to Turkish President Erdogan; or to the calls madefrom Qatar by Muslim Brotherhood leader SheikhYusuf al-Qaradawi andfrom the Gaza Strip by the head of Hamas,Khaled Mashaal for thekilling of the Jews, you will understand why Arabs and Muslims believe Allah ispunishing them by having them kill each other: It is because Hisprophecies are not being fulfilled.

For example, it is heresy and a violation of the will of Allah tosidestep calls for recognizing Jerusalem asofficial capital of the Children of Israel, and moving the Americanembassy there. It ignores the prophecy of the Noble Qur'an, which predictsthe return of the Children of Israel to their land from the four corners of theearth, as it is written in Al-Isra, Verse 104, "And we said tothe Children of Israel after him, "Dwell in the land, then, when the finaland the last promise comes near, we shall bring you altogether as a mixedcrowd."
[ this begs an important question.  Just where did the prophetic strain ofChristianity and Judaism come from?  Itis not spelled out in the Bible, yet it is well known and universally well receivedamong evangelicals.   That it may havebeen captured in Islamic texts is both plausible and also startling.  Arclein ]

Although the stance adopted by the leaders of the Western world in general, andthe American administration in particular, may be the consequence of theirdesire to strengthen their image in the eyes of the Muslim countries, theirimage is seen only as reflecting their weakness and attempts to ingratiatethemselves with both radical Islam and Christian anti-Semitism.

It is not my intention to state that the other monotheistic religions do notalso have their place in the holy city of Jerusalem.But political lies come mostly from radical Islamist sources, then somehowbecome accepted facts. This violates the prophecies of the messengers of Allah,and especially those of the greatest of His prophets, Muhammad (Peace and theblessing of Allah be upon him:sallal laahu alaihi wasallam).

The various distortions of history and religion by politically-oriented Islamicsheiks and leaders for the sake of false, infidel, political goals, are legion.The way the Salafist Islamic sheiks and members of the MuslimBrotherhood twist the Noble Qur'an to suit their narrow political goals makesme angry, as it also makes angry the millions of Muslims around the world whoknow the eternal truth written in Islam's Noble Qur'an.

Palestinian leader Yasser Arafat, for example, invented thefabrication that Palestinians are the descendants ofthe Jebusites and other Canaanite tribes of the land of the atthe time of the Book. Behind this fabrication was Arafat's attempt to"prove" that the Palestinians lived in the Holy Land before theChildren of Israel,and that therefore they have a greater right to it. [ this was aparticularly clumsy fabrication but that is true of much of jihadist ideologyanyway ]]

According to the Qur'an, however, "a race of giants" lived inthe Holy Land but were destroyed by the Children of Israel, led by Joshua with the helpof Allah the Almighty. [ this was surely the Philistines or Minoans cumAtlanteans we have spoken to and their allies the Irish Giants. - Arclein ]There were never "Palestinians" inthe Holy Land, nor is there one word of them in the Noble Qur'an, nor anyprophecy regarding their existence, nor any right to the Holy Land or any otherplace in the future or on Day of Judgment in the Noble Book of Allah.

The Palestinians are not mentioned or even hinted at in the Noble Qur'an, butthe Children of Israel are mentioned countless times and they are mentioned asthe Chosen People, as it is written in Al-Baqara, Verse 47, "OChildren of Israel, remember My favor that I have bestowed upon you and that Ipreferred you over the worlds." They are mentioned as inheritors of theHoly Land which, according to all the Islamic commentators, is Jerusalem and the country around it. TheMuslim claim that the Divine promise to the Children of Israel appearsin the Noble Qur'an in the past tense and therefore is not relevant today is amalicious lie. Everyone knows that most of the Noble Qur'an was written inthe past tense, but what was written about the Children of Israel was a promise and aprophecy, and Allah does not change His mind or break His promises.

Anyone who claims that what is written about the Jews is only relevant for thepast and that the Children of Israeldisappeared turns our beloved Prophet from prophet to mere historian who didnot know what the future would bring. Anyone who claims that the"real" Children of Israel disappeared and that the Jews of today arenot the genuine Children of Israel of the Noble Qur'an is a liar and adeceiver, because if there are no Children of Israel then the prophecy ofMuhammad, (Peace and the blessing of Allah be upon him)(sallal laahu alaihi wasallam), is irrelevant and he did notforesee the return of the Children of Israel to their land for the third timeand instruct them to settle it, and promise that if they did what was right inthe eyes of Allah and acted well they would succeed, as it is writtenin Al-Isra, Verses 6 and 7, "We gave you back the power against them,and aided you with wealth and children, and made you larger in numbers. Now, ifyou do well, you will do well for your own souls; and if you do evil, it willonly go against them…."
And if one prophecy is false then all are false, and the NobleQur'an has no value. Thus we have to admit that regardless of the mistakesthe Jews make concerning our Palestinian brothers, they in fact act well, evento the Arabs in Israel, and they are charitable according to the tradition ofIslam, and they are clearly more honest than the Arab and Muslim leaderstoday who oppress their own people and daily slaughter them and shed theirblood.

To the eternal credit of Islam it must be said that in the seventh century thearmies of Islam invaded Palestine and wrested it from the Byzantines, andthat Jerusalem was turned over without a battle to the Muslims by the ChristianBishop Sophronius. This was the beginning of the Arab presence in the HolyLand, which ended and was renewed for years under various conquests, includingthe Crusaders, but ended for good nearly a century ago, when the Turks went backhome. The Holy Land was then given back into the hands of the Children of Israel,according to the decree of the Noble Qur'an and the prophecy of Muhammad,(Peace and the blessing of Allah be uponhim:sallal laahu alaihi wasallam).

The Children of Israelcame from all the corners of the earth, as it is written in Al-A'raf,Verse 137, "And we caused the people who had been oppressed to inherit theeastern regions of the land and western ones, which We had blessed. And thegood word of your Lord was fulfilled for the Children of Israel because of what they hadpatiently endured."

The Palestinian claim that the Prophet Jesus was a Palestinian Arab is also afabrication, unfortunately characteristic of Palestinian leaders who inventthem and invest enormous sums of money to buy weapons, kill the Children ofIsrael, carry out terrorist attacks and launch Qassam rockets at civiliansinstead of rehabilitating the Palestinian refugees, their brothers, who, as aresult of the establishment of Israel, actually returned to the bosom of theIslamic nation.

The more the Palestinians repeat the infamy that Jesus was a Palestinian Arab,the more likely it is that the Christians themselves will believe it,especially those who, by ignoring and denying the rights of the Children ofIsrael to Jerusalem, reveal their own baseness and lack of respect for theirown religion, based on Judaism and begun in the Jewish capital of Jerusalem.According to such an absurdity, the Jewish prophet Jesus, son of Mary, whoopposed the corrupt Jewish priests in the Jewish Templein Jerusalem,was a "Palestinian Arab; " but it is just another way of denying theJews the right to their land. Christians who ignore the Jewish right to Jerusalem are also denyingtheir own religion.

From a religious point of view, the connection between Muslims and Jerusalem began with the"Night Journey," a dream that appears in the Noble Qur'an and wasalso reported by the Prophet's beloved child-wife, Aisha. According to thedream, Muhammad (Peace and the blessing of Allah be uponhim: sallal laahu alaihi wasallam), went on a night journeyfrom Mecca to Jerusalem riding on a marvelous animal named Al-Buraq, andfrom Jerusalem to heaven, where he received the principles of Islam. Jerusalem was then temporarily designated as the"Kibla," the first direction for Muslims to face during prayers; butMuhammad (Peace and the blessing of Allah be uponhim: sallal laahu alaihi wasallam) changed the direction toMecca.Since that time Jerusalemhas been considered as only the third most sacred place for Islam.[ Itappears that Mohammed received guidance and then chose to modify them! -Arclein ]

It is saddening to think that we deny the Jews, the modern-day Children of Israel,their identity, despite the fact that we know that they preserved their faithfor thousands of years in the face of torture, rape, persecution, burning andgenocide, all crimes committed against them because they were Jews and weredetermined to remain Jews.

We, however, the faithful of Islam, accept into our ranks everycriminal and murderer who converts, in or out of prison, who only has to say,"There is no God but Allah and Muhammad is His prophet;" all it takesis five minutes. This new Muslim is considered a good Muslim, but a Jew who hasadhered to the history and faith of his Jewish ancestors, the faith kept forthousands of years, is not in our eyes a genuine Jew, a Child of Israel.How long will we deny the Islamic faith and the prophecies of our ProphetMuhammad, (Peace and the blessing of Allah be upon him)(sallal laahu alaihi wasallam)?

Unfortunately, even those among us who do believe that the Jews in Israel aregenuine Children of Israel, the ones Muhammad (Peace and the blessing of Allahbe upon him: sallal laahu alaihiwasallam), referred to in hisnoble Surahs, the ones who have inherited the Holy Land promised to themby the Noble Qur'an, conduct themselves despicably. They adopt the counterfeit,apocalyptic, false sayings which do not appear in the Noble Qur'an and arefalsely attributed to the Prophet of Allah. They adopt as genuine traditionsthose which are lies, and, contradicting the promises made by Allah in theNoble Qur'an, falsely prophesy the destruction of the Jews by the Muslims in Palestine.

These commentators, inspired by Satan, refer to the Jews as"Zionists," as though changing their name makes it permissible tokill the People of the Book and violate the words of Allah and His prophets. Isit possible that Allah, who in His infinite mercy calls them the Chosen People,and promised them the Holy Land, also plans to murder them using the Muslims inPalestine asHis intermediary? Every Muslim knows that Allah does not break His promises.Therefore, his promise to the Children of Israel is both relevant andeternal. The Jews, weak and miserable, who came from all over the globe,victims of hatred and murder would not found their state in Palestine unless itwere the will of Allah, who supports them.

Jerusalem is the capital of the Children of Israel and it is forbidden forMuslims to demand it, just as a married woman belongs only to her husband.Jerusalem is never mentioned by name in the Noble Qur'an, but it is mentionedthere as the heart of the Holy Land given inperpetuity to the Jews. It therefore has to be capital of the Children of Israel in the Landof Israel and not of the planned stateof "Palestine."

If, as Muslims, we look into our hearts, we have to admit that a state called Palestine never existed but we need to help it come intobeing, with the help of Allah, next to Israel. Since there never was astate called "Palestine" or a Palestinianpeople, Jerusalem was never their capital or thecapital of any people or country except for the current State of Israel.Therefore the Palestinians cannot demand Jerusalemas its capital, but they can demand the right for all Muslims to pray at Al-Aqsamosque.Actually, the Jews allow freedom of worship to all the religions in Jerusalem,and Al-Aqsa mosque is under the management of the king of Jordan, adescendant of the Prophet Muhammad (Peace and the blessing of Allah be uponhim: sallal laahu alaihi wasallam).

In addition, nowhere in the world have Muslims turned a city holy to Islam intoa capital. Neither Meccanor Madinah is the capital of Saudi Arabia and Karbala and Qom are not the capitals of Iraq and Iran. Even Jordan, whose capital is Amman,did not turn Jerusaleminto its capital when it controlled the city between 1948 and 1967.

Instead of the monotheistic religions' helping the Jews to construct Jerusalem in preparationfor Judgment Day and as proof of the truth of the prophecies in the NobleQur'an, the infidels protest construction of new housing. If the Muslims usedthe return of the Children of the Book to Israel as proof of the truth of theprophecy of the Noble Qur'an, they would succeed in fulfilling the mission ofMuhammad, the prophet of the entire world (Peace and the blessing of Allah beupon him: sallal laahu alaihi wasallam)to Islamize the world. Whoever goes against the will of Allah willfail.

The Christians as well suffer from the historical lie and from the denial ofthe rights of the Jews to Jerusalem.What is happening in the Middle East and the mutual bloodletting of the Muslimsis not a consequence of the "problem of Palestine." It is a manifestation ofAllah's anger at the infidels of the world who do not accept His prophecyregarding the return of the Jews to their land and establishing their capitalin the united holy city of Jerusalem.

Lighting accountsfor about 12 percent of total U.S. energy consumption. 
Part of the reason thefigure is so high is that traditional incandescent bulbs (Edison'sfilament bulb) eat up a lot of power to produce light: 90 percent ofthe energy is wasted as heat. 
So far the mainalternatives to the common bulb have been compact fluorescent lights,or CFLs, and light-emitting diodes, or LEDs, which can produce thesame amount of light as traditional bulbs while using way lessenergy. 
Soon, a fourthlighting option will be thrown into the mix. It's called the FIPEL,which is short for field-induced polymer electroluminescenttechnology. 
"This is thefirst new light bulb in about thirty years," says Dr. DavidCarroll, a professor of physics at Wake Forest University in NorthCarolina, who developed the new light source.  
To understand how thistechnology functions, you can think of how a microwave works, Carrollexplains.
Take a potato, forexample. When you place your potato in the microwave and press start,the device hits the potato with microwaves that induce what's knownas a displacement current, meaning it makes the water molecules inthe potato flip back and forth. This heats the potato up. WhatCarroll and his team have done is develop a special type of plasticthat, when hit with an electric current, induces a displacementcurrent in the same way. But in this case, it doesn't give off heat,it gives off light.
The new light sourceis made of several layers of very thin plastic. Each sheet is about100,000 times thinner than the width of a human hair. The plastic isinserted between an aluminum electrode and a transparent conductingelectrode. When a current is passed through the device, it stimulatesthe plastic to light up. 
Luckily for Carroll,FIPEL has entered the lighting technology ring at a time ofunprecedented opportunity. The phaseout of traditional incandescentbulbs began to take effect at the start of the new year under the2007 Energy Independence and Security Act.  
As of Jan. 1, 2013,manufacturers can no longer sell 75-watt incandescents. The 40-and 60-watt incandescents will no longer be available starting Jan.1, 2014.  
FIPEL’slight quality is unmatched by any technology currently, theproduct's manufacturer claims.
CFLs use about 75percent less electricity than Edison's filament bulb to produce thesame amount of light. LEDs use even less. This means to make the samelight as a 100-watt incandescent, a compact fluorescent uses 23 wattsand an LED uses 20. The FIPEL is slightlymore efficient than a CFL bulb and on par with an LED, but comes witha few advantages over these other types of lights. CFLs and otherfluorescent light bulbs contain a very small amount of mercury, whichcan be toxic if not disposed of properly. FIPELs do not use anycaustic chemicals in manufacturing and can easily be recycled becausethey're made of plastic.
Some LEDs give off ablueish tint, which many people don't like to look at. FIPEL, on theother hand, can be made to have any tint, including the yellowish hueof the sun that our eyes have come to prefer, having evolved onEarth.  
"FIPEL can matchthe response of your eye more perfectly than any other lamp evercreated," Carroll told Business Insider.
Although the new lightsource doesn't have the shape of a traditional light bulb — it'smore a panel — it is moldable, so it can be customized to fit intoconventional light sockets and work with many different types of lampfixtures.
The FIPEL light has alifetime of between 25,000 and 50,000 hours, which is comparable toan LED.Carroll notes onedrawback to FIPEL.
"From a purephysics point of view, the best efficiency that you could everaccomplish with this lamp is still going to be slightly lower thanthe best efficiency you could ever accomplish with an LED," saysCarroll. Right now, LEDs do not perform at their theoreticalbest. But as both technologies mature, you can expect the LED tocome out on top in terms of overall efficiency.
The FIPEL technologyis currently under an exclusive world-wide license by CeeLiteTechnologies. David Sutton, management consultant for CeeLite, saidthe first units for commercial use will be available by the end of2013. The new bulb will cost less than LEDs and slightly more thanCFLs. "In five years,instead of saying I've got to get a new bulb, you're going to besaying I've got to get a new FIPEL. I do believe that these are goingto be ubiquitous,"  says Carroll.

 The outflow is buoyant but not explosive. This could well make senseof a lot of geology that presumes explosive eruptions yet generateshuge deep flows of materials over a large area. When you considerit, we have no evidence of deep explosive sub sea events anywhereclose to what we experience on land. They must then behavedifferently and this shows us how.
It is quite right to attach a fresh name to this type of volcano.
It also suggests that during the sub sea stage, most of the materialwill accumulate close to hand and help build the cone that doeseventually break surface. It may even be a low faster than weactually expect. I the meantime, we think that they are rare, butthey may be merely invisable.

Scientists based inthe UK and New Zealand have described a "new" type ofvolcanic eruption. Volcanic eruptions are commonly categorised aseither explosive or effusive. But now, in research published thismonth in Nature Geoscience, researchers at Victoria University,Wellington and the National Oceanography Centre in Southampton haveuncovered a previously undocumented type of eruption in underwatervolcanoes - by looking at tiny original bubble spaces trapped involcanic rock.
Inside volcanoes,gases are dissolved in the molten magma as a function of the veryhigh pressures and chemistry of the magma. In the same way that gasesdissolved in carbonated drinks bubble up when you take the lid off,when magma is erupted as lava, the pressure is relieved and the gasesexsolve to form small gas bubbles or so-called "vesicles".
In explosive eruptionsthese vesicles expand so quickly they fragment the magma, violentlyejecting lava, which cools and degasses to form solidified pumicethat can be sufficiently light to float on water.In air pumice isobviously associated with violent, explosive eruptions. Consequentlyunderwater volcanoes flanked by highly vesicular pumice have, todate, also been interpreted as having erupted explosively.
But the results ofthis study indicate that there is a third eruptive style unique tounderwater volcanoes, which is neither effusive nor explosive.
"By documentingthe shape and density of bubbles in pumices generated by anunderwater caldera volcano in the southwest Pacific Ocean - theMacauley volcano - we found large differences in the number and shapeof "bubbles" in the same pebble-sized samples, different toanything previously documented," said Professor Ian Wright ofthe National Oceanography Centre, who co-authored the paper.
"This range ofbubble densities distinct in these pumice samples indicates that thelava erupting from the caldera was neither vigorous enough for anexplosive eruption, nor gentle enough for an effusive flow."
The study proposesthat rather than exploding in the neck of the volcano, theformation and expansion of bubbles in the magma created a buoyantfoam, which rose to the seafloor and then buoyantly detached from thevolcano as molten pumice balloons but with chilled margins.During its ascent to the sea surface, the vesicles within the molteninterior would have continued to expand as the pressure - this timefrom the weight of the seawater – reduced.
"These processesexplain the unique bubble structure seen in the samples analysed,which could have only occurred with an intermediate eruption styleand in an underwater setting," said Professor Wright.
"We conclude thatthe presence of widespread deposits of pumice on underwater volcanoesdoes not necessarily indicate large-scale explosive volcanism."
The authors proposedthat this style of eruption be named Tangaroan, the Maori god of thesea, and name of the research vessel used to collect the samples.
The study was led byMelissa Rotella, Professor Colin Wilson and Simon Barker from theSchool of Geography, Environment and Earth Sciences at the VictoriaUniversity of Wellington, New Zealand. Permafrost Agriculture

Once again, the received truth isthat agriculture in permafrost country is an impossibility.  I do not generally agree.  It is clearly impossible to grow trees beyonda certain set of conditions, but much of their northern range is in factunderlain with permafrost.   So it is notso impossible as a species variant.

Yet we do know that the shortgrowing season is capriciously rich for the few weeks that it lasts.  It is a mistake to discount it at all.
The problem for agriculture is toestablish a secure seedbed as ever. Modern equipment makes this much more practical.
What I would attempt is to use ablade to scrape the top soil aside from the underlying frozen subsoil toproduce windrows on either side of the exposed surface.  I would create these bands say thirty toforty feet wide while producing a windrow just as wide.  In this manner half of the total field isexposed.  I would then let it winter overand allow the summer to thaw out the exposed ground down several inches.  I would then scrap that material onto thewindrow to loosen it up and then push the entire windrow out onto the exposedground to produce a thick bank of mixed soil and muck.  While at it I would scrape down the newlyexposed soils to open up the remaining area.
In this way it should be possibleto produce a deep bed of loose soil able to insulate the surface.  Repeating this process every year will keepthe permafrost out of the soils while adding to the soil bed as needed.
This soil bed will warm easilyenough and allow potatoes to be grown along with a full range of short seasoncrops. This is a modified form of bank and ditch agriculture that leaves theditches dry and drained.  I do thinkthough that the banks need to be torn down if not every season, certainly everysecond season because the permafrost will wick it way up into the surfacesoils.
Yet it may also turn out thatflooding with a few inches of river water at the height of summer can cure thatand protect the late crops from frost. Then when the frost sets in and the crop is harvested one merely drains thefields.  And since we are flooding thosebroad ditches, we may as well plant a crop of cattails for winter fodder atleast.  All this of course provides anatural compost stream to steadily upgrade the fields.

What this tells you is that the real economy has contracted by aboutthree percent since 2007. Everything else is window dressing todisguise this fact. As I posted in the past, we are repairing thecredit collapse the hard way. It is also the slow way.
The good news is that the banking system now knows what they have towork with and they have begun to lend again and this will begin tostimulate demand to allow a recovery to get under way. I think weare now into a three year cycle of slow steady recovery.
I have also posted before that it did not need to be way but nothingapproaching economic competence appear possible in Washington. Worse,the looting culture of Wall Street remains intact and will strikeagain in eight years unless real reform is put in place.
I think that the contraction itself is complete although governmentseverywhere are printing to support welfare payments. Thesestatistics tells us that there are somewhere close to 20,000,000workers out there wanting to participate in the economy and another40,000,000 looking for a much better position. Capitalizing them andtheir jobs would readily support a plus five percent growth rate forfive to ten years. Sadly it does not appear to be happening.

Did you know that thepercentage of the U.S. labor force that is employed has continuallybeen falling since 2006 according to the Bureau of Labor Statistics? Did you know that the increase in the number of Americans "notin the labor force" during Barack Obama's first four years inthe White House was more than three times greater than the increasein the number of Americans "not in the labor force" duringthe entire decade of the 1980s? The mainstream media would have usbelieve that 157,000 jobs were added to the U.S. economy in January. Based on that news, the Dow broke the 14,000 barrier for the firsttime since October 2007. But if you actually look at the"non-seasonally adjusted" numbers, the number of Americanswith a job actually decreased by 1,446,000 between December andJanuary. But nowhere in the mainstream media did you hear that theU.S. Economy lost more than 1.4 million jobs between December andJanuary. It is amazing the things that you can find out when youactually take the time to look at the hard numbers instead of justlistening to the media spin. Back in 2007, more than 146 millionAmericans were employed. Today, only141.6 million Americans areemployed even though our population has grown steadily sincethen. When the government and the media tell you that we are in a"recovery" and that unemployment is lower than it was acouple of years ago, I encourage you to dig deeper. The truth is thateven the government's own numbers tell us that the percentage of theU.S. labor force that is employed continues to fall and that the U.S.economy is heading into a recession. The Obama administration and themedia have been lying to you about unemployment and about the truecondition of our economy. After you see the numbers that I havecompiled in this article, I think that you will agree with me.
First of all, let'stake a look at the percentage of the civilian labor force that hasbeen employed over the past several years. These numbers comedirectly from the Bureau of Labor Statistics.  As you can see,this is a number that has been steadily falling since 2006...
2006: 63.12007: 63.02008: 62.22009: 59.32010: 58.52011: 58.4
In January, only 57.9percent of the civilian labor force was employed.
Do the numbers aboverepresent a positive trend or a negative trend?
Even a 2nd gradercould answer that question.
So how in the worldcan the Obama administration and the mainstream media claim that theemployment picture is getting better and that we are in a "recovery"?
But most Americansbelieve what they are told. It is almost as if we are in some kindof a "matrix" where reality is defined by thecorporate-controlled propaganda that is relentlessly pumped into ourbrains.
The only way that thegovernment has been able to show a declining unemployment rate is bydumping massive numbers of Americans into the "not in the laborforce" category.
Just check out how thenumber of Americans "not in the labor force" has absolutelyskyrocketed in recent years...

In January, there weresupposedly 89,868,000 Americans that were at least 16 yearsof age that were not in the labor force.
That number has risenby more than 8 million since Barack Obama first entered the WhiteHouse, and that is highly unusual, because the number of Americans"not in the labor force" only increased by2,518,000 duringthe entire decade of the 1980s.
You sure can get thenumbers to look more "favorable" if you pretend thatmillions upon millions of American workers simply "don't want ajob" any longer. The truth is that if the labor forceparticipation rate was at the same level it was at when Barack Obamawas first elected, the official unemployment rate would be well above10 percent.
But that wouldn't doat all, would it? 7.9 percent sounds so much nicer.
And of course even ifyou do have a job that does not mean that you are doing okay.
If you can believe it,in America today 41 percent of all workers make $20,000 a year orless.
To me, that is a mindblowing statistic. It would be incredibly challenging for anyone tolive on $20,000 a year, much less try to support a family.
If you live inWashington D.C. or New York City and you have a "good job"working for the establishment, you may not realize it, but there aretens of millions of American families that are really hurting outthere. According to the U.S. Census Bureau, more than 146 millionAmericans are either "poor" or "low income" atthis point, and most of those people actually do have jobs.

If something is notdone, the middle class will continue to disappearand poverty inAmerica will continue to explode.
In a previous article,I noted that during Obama's first term, the number of Americans onfood stamps increased by an average of about 11,000 per day.
How bad do things haveto get before people realize that we are living through a nightmare?
Sadly, most Americansstill have faith in the system.
Most Americans arestill convinced that our politicians will somehow find a way to turnthings around.
Most Americans willgather around their television sets this weekend and watch the SuperBowl and laugh at all the funny commercials without even thinkingabout how America is literally falling apart all around them.
But there is one groupof Americans that is acutely aware of how bad things have reallygotten.  Small businesses have traditionally been the primaryengine of job growth in this country, but right now small businessowners all over the nation are facing a tremendous crisis.
Millions of smallbusinesses are on the verge of extinction, and yet our politiciansjust continue to pile on more taxes, more rules and more regulations.
A recent Gallup pollfound that 61 percent of all small business owners inAmerica are "worried about the potential cost of healthcare",and that an astounding 30 percent of all small businessowners in America are not hiring and fear that they will go out ofbusiness within the next 12 months.
In a previous articleentitled "We Are Witnessing The Death Of Small Business InAmerica", I detailed how small businesses in America are beingsystematically wiped out.  Small businesses are dying all aroundus, and the number of new small businesses continues to decline.

Is that a good trendor a bad trend?
All of this is sosimple that even the family pet should be able to figure it out, andyet most Americans seem oblivious to all of this.  They justkeep gobbling up the mainstream media propaganda and they justcontinue to go out and wildly spend money.
It is almost as if wedidn't learn any lessons from 2008.
Even while householdspending in Europe has moderated, household spending in the UnitedStates continues to soar. Just check out the charting this article.
And guess what? Theinfamous "no money down mortgages" are back. If we waitlong enough, perhaps "interest only mortgages" will make acomeback as well.
Unfortunately, I amafraid that time is running out. we have been living in the biggestdebt bubble in the history of the world, and it is only a matter oftime until it bursts.
2008 was just a"hiccup" compared to what is coming.  Our politiciansand the Federal Reserve were able to keep the house of cards fromcompletely crashing down back then, but they are not going to be ableto avert the economic horror show that is rapidly approaching.
I hope that you aregetting prepared. Back in 2008, millions of Americans suddenly losttheir jobs, and because many of them did not have any savings, manyof them suddenly lost their homes. One of the most important thingsthat you can do to prepare for the coming crisis is to build up anemergency fund. If things suddenly go bad, you don't want to loseyour house and everything that you have always worked for.
In addition, anythingthat you can do to become more self-sufficient and more independentof the system is a good thing, because the system is failing. Theyears ahead are going to be much more chaotic than what we areexperiencing right now, and when the next crisis strikes you will bevery thankful for the time and the energy that you put intopreparing.

What makes this probleminteresting is that the population was both dispersed but mobile and thisallowed any single unit to avoid outright absorption and assimilation.  Intermarriage took place often enough but itwas a single individual every few years and they would always move on severingany local ties.  Thus the populationremained internally more homogenous than would be expected.
They also arrived in Europe atmuch the same time as the Jews entered Europe from the Mediterranean. Both interacted throughout Europe and it will be instructive to compare the resultantgenetic legacy of the two peoples.  Both operatedstrategies that served to preserve their way of life and their success andfailure can be compared to some profit.
It is a reminder that peoples dotend to survive even if their name changes to confuse historians.  It has been popular to assume actualextinctions as a common occurrence.  Notso of course.  Even conquered peopleswould see their people enslaved but integrated all leading to inter marriage atworse.  Even driven out of a homeland thensaw them absorbed next door by a tribe eager to increase their strength to facethe conqueror.  There are exceptions butnot as common as claimed.
What is true here is that thefolk history and other clues all hang together.

Despite their modern-day diversity of language, lifestyle, andreligion, Europe's widespread Romanipopulation shares a common, if complex, past. It all began in northwestern Indiaabout 1,500 years ago, according to a studyreported on December 6th in Current Biology, a Cell Press publication, thatoffers the first genome-wide perspective on Romani origins and demographichistory.

The Romani represent thelargest minority group in Europe, consistingof approximately 11 million people. That means the size of the Romanipopulation rivals that of several European countries, including Greece, Portugal,and Belgium.

"We were interested in exploring the population history of European Romanibecause they constitute an important fraction of the European population, buttheir marginalized situation in many countries also seems to have affectedtheir visibility in scientific studies," said David Comas of the Institutde Biologia Evolutiva at Universitat Pompeu Fabra in Spain.

The Romani people lack written historical records on their origins anddispersal. To fill in the gaps in the new study, Comas and Manfred Kayser from Erasmus UniversityRotterdam in the Netherlands,together with their international European colleagues, gathered genome-widedata from 13 Romani groups collected across Europeto confirm an Indian origin for European Romani, consistent with earlierlinguistic studies.

The genome-wide evidence specified the geographic origin toward thenorth or northwestern parts of India and provided a date of originof about 1,500 years ago. While the Middle East and Caucasusregions are known to have had an important influence on Romani language, theresearchers saw limited evidence for shared genetic ancestry between theEuropean Romani and those who live in those regions of the world today. Once inEurope, Romani people began settling in various locations, likely spreadingacross Europe via the Balkan region about 900years ago.

"From a genome-wide perspective, Romani people share a common and uniquehistory that consists of two elements: the roots in northwestern India and the admixture with non-RomaniEuropeans accumulating with different magnitudes during the out-of-Indiamigration across Europe," Kayser said."Our study clearly illustrates that understanding the Romani's geneticlegacy is necessary to complete the genetic characterization of Europeans as awhole, with implications for various fields, from human evolution to the healthsciences."

Researchers at theUniversity of Texas at Austin in the US say that they have madestate-of-the-art flexible graphene field-effect transistors withrecord current densities and the highest power and conversion gainever. The transistors also show near-symmetric electron and holetransport, are the most mechanically robust flexible graphene devicesfabricated to date, and can be immersed in a liquid without any illeffects.
Graphene is a single,flat sheet of carbon arranged in a honeycombed lattice. It has manyunique electronic and mechanical properties, such as extremely highcarrier mobility – which means that it is an ideal material for usein ultrafast transistors. The material can also absorb light over arange of wavelengths in the electromagnetic spectrum from the visibleto mid-infrared and is highly transparent to light. The fact that itis mechanically flexible while being incredibly strong is good newstoo.
The researchers, ledby Deji Akinwande and Rodney Ruoff, made their graphene field-effecttransistors (GFETs) directly atop patterned dielectrics on plasticsheets using conventional microelectronic lithography. The deviceshave a unique structure, explains Akinwande, in which multi-fingermetal gate electrodes are embedded in the plastic sheet. They arealso made using graphene that has been grown by chemical vapourdeposition (CVD), which can now produce as good graphene flakes ascan be obtained by exfoliation (the famous "sticky-tape"method).
Record properties
The innovativeproduction technique means that graphene can easily be integrated andfabricated on plastic sheets that have been pre-patterned with metalgates. This produces transistors in which charge carriers can moveextremely fast and in which electrons and holes move in the same way.The devices are also extremely compliant and can accommodatemechanical strains of up to 9% and can be bent and unbent over formore 20 continuous cycles – a record number for flexibleGFETs.
"Overall, ourtransistors feature record circuit performance, the largestmechanical bending and the highest extrinsic cut-off frequencies (ofabout 2.23 GHz) to date for any graphene flexible nanoelectronicdevice," says Akinwande. "What is more, the devices areliquid-resistant thanks to the fact that the surface of the grapheneis passivated with silicon nitride and the plastic substrate isself-passivated. In short, we found that they could beaccidentally dropped into everyday liquids, such as milk, tea orcoffee, and can even survive being run over by a moving vehicle –all without suffering damage to their outstanding properties."
Smart applications
The extremelyflexible, high-performance devices could be ideal for smart,conformal, advanced electronics that could offer performancecapabilities beyond today’s silicon-based technology while alsobeing cheaper, lighter, more environmentally friendly and witharbitrary form factors, claims Akiwande. "Potential applicationsinclude flexible smartphones, displays, fabric and even smart walls,"he adds.
The team, which ispresenting its work this week at the International Electron DevicesMeeting in San Francisco, is now busy trying to make flexiblewireless radios and mobile systems using the new GFETs at gigahertzfrequencies. "From a basic research point of view, we are alsolooking into heat management in these devices on flexible plasticsubstrates, which is a major issue for transistors operating at highspeeds and current densities," adds Akinwande.
